To the fullest extent permitted by law, Finsights AI and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months prior to the claim, or $100 if greater.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Finsights AI, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these terms.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.
These terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Finsights AI operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
